Social Media Lead and Associate


Janine Driver’s expertise is in the development of social media pages through strategic planning. In the past, she’s managed social media pages for The Fund for the Public Interest, where she developed a base of followers to support political campaigns. She now manages social media content and oversees the Communication Strategy team for the Mid East Honors Association, an affiliate of the National Collegiate Honors Council. She has also hosted workshops to coach undergraduate students on the improvement of their social media management skills with The Honors College at Eastern Michigan University, while simultaneously directing their Communication Outreach and social media team.
She is also trained in suicide prevention and mental health on University Campuses. She has developed training programs and speakers panels on Student multicultural leadership, STEM inclusion of women and recognizing women leaders in academia. She is currently the president of the Women's and Gender Studies Honors Association. Janine’s also received a scholarship to develop and implement presentations examining, "Where are all the Women? The Gendered Stereotypes that Permeate US Foreign Policy." She is also an M.A. Candidate pursuing her degree in Educational Leadership/Student Affairs.
